a. Cancellations by Client

Failure to attend (a “no-show”) without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited.

b. Cancellations by Ankur & Bell

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

3. Workshops, Courses, and Group Programs

Once you register and make payment, your spot in the program is reserved and confirmed.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the start date are eligible for 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date or after the program begins are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (with prior written notice).
