Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 10-Nov-2025 Last Updated: 10-Nov-2025 At Ankur & Bell, we value the trust you place in our coaching, consulting, and training services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings, sessions, or program enrollments can be changed, canceled, or refunded. By purchasing or booking any service on https://ankurbell.com (“Site”), you agree to this policy. 1. General Policy All purchases, bookings, and registrations made through Ankur & Bell are considered final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy ensures fairness and clarity in handling changes or cancellations. 2. Session-Based Coaching or Consulting a. Cancellations by Client You may reschedule a one-on-one session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable and non-reschedulable (except in emergencies, at our discretion). Failure to attend (a “no-show”) without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. b. Cancellations by Ankur & Bell If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or a full refund — whichever you prefer. 3. Workshops, Courses, and Group Programs Once you register and make payment, your spot in the program is reserved and confirmed. Cancellations made within 7 days before the start date are eligible for 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date or after the program begins are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (with prior written notice). 4. Digital Products and Online Content For downloadable or digital content (e.g., online courses, recorded sessions, or e-books): Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued once access or download has been granted. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. 5. Refund Process If your refund request qualifies under the terms above: You can submit a request via email to contact@ankurbell.com within the applicable timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase. Any transaction or gateway fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) may be deducted from the refund amount.
